An Entrepreneur in a Corporate Environment ... and Vice Versa

People think you are either an entrepreneur or a career person. While the two are different, they're not quite polar opposites of the business spectrum. I've had the unique experience of being an entrepreneur first, and also working a corporate job with a major media conglomerate.

These are my thoughts on what it's like to enter a corporate environment, how to navigate it, and how to empower entrepreneurs to be the best employees you can hire.

In case it wasn't clear in the video, the observations shared from me about corporate environments is an amalgamation of my experience personally at both my corporate job and working with my corporate clients, as well as combining feedback from other entrepreneurs I know who have worked corporate jobs. None of what I'm saying is in whole specific to any one employer or company.
