KVUE Live Interview about Businesses using Facebook to Vet New Hires

KVUE's Yvonne Nava sits down for a live interview with Speak Social President Brad Bogus to talk about whether it is ethical for potential employers to scout the Facebook pages of the people they interview. Often companies base a large portion of their decisions to hire, if not all of it, solely based on someone's online posts. Brad Bogus says that we need to anticipate that this is a trend for the future and make things private that we don't want the world to view. On the other side, employees also have the opportunity to research potential company's Facebook, Twitter and Google presences when deciding where to work.
